5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Matya.originals@gmail.com with clear photos of the package and product.

  • We will review the issue and assist with a suitable resolution as per our Exchange Policy.

6. Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Matya Originals ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
