3. Exchange Process
Raise a Request:
Email us at Matya.originals@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and attaching clear images or a video showing the issue.
Review:
Our team will review and verify the request based on quality inspection.
Pickup & Replacement:

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share shipping instructions

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability)
4. Return Shipping

Depending on location and pickup availability, customers may be required to self-ship the product

Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit
5. Sale Items & Custom Orders

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for exchange or return
